Business For Tire Valves

On Oct 10th, 2020, I received an inquiry from Ecuador on Whatsapp. The customer was interested in the tire valve. At first, the customer asked TR413 and TR413C, asking for 5000pcs of each. After quoting the customer, tell the customer that 10,000 tire valves can only be delivered by express delivery, and the delivery cost will be high. If the customer feels it is appropriate, it is recommended that you increase the quantity. In this case, if the customer uses sea freight, the freight will be relatively low. Then the customer asked the minimum quantity to be shipped by sea. We told the customer that at least 80,000pcs tire valves can be shipped by sea, and if it exceeds one cubic meter, it can be declared by sea. The customer agreed.

 

After that, we confirmed the specific quantity. The customer required 63,000pcs for TR413, 14,000pcs for TR413C, and 2000pcs for TR413C in color, and 1,000pcs for TR48E. The customer said to make a trial order first. If the quality is qualified, we will increase the number of products later and make long-term purchases with us. After I quoted the customer, the customer was very satisfied with the price. Then I said that I wanted to pay a part of the fee to the account that was not declared, and the remaining amount was paid to the public account. We agreed to the payment method and made an invoice to the customer. The customer arranged payment the next day.

 

The transaction with the customer went smoothly this time. The customer trusts us very much and needs this batch of products so that payment can be arranged soon. Therefore, we need to understand customer needs through dialogue with customers to help customers solve problems. Finally, the order is obtained through detailed negotiation.
